These terms govern your use of the HYDROX application ("the App") provided by Ball Ventures LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these terms.

The App

HYDROX is a hydration tracking tool that calculates daily water intake targets based on body weight, training intensity, and peer-reviewed research. The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

Subscriptions

HYDROX offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions ("HYDROX PRO") that unlock additional features including Adaptive Hydration, Apple Watch app, and complications. Subscription details:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription

Apple Health Integration

HYDROX integrates with Apple Health to read and write water intake, read body weight, and (for HYDROX PRO) read workouts, heart rate, and date of birth. This data is used solely to calculate and adjust your hydration targets. All health data remains on your device and within Apple's ecosystem. Health Disclaimer

Hydration recommendations are based on published research (ACSM, Galpin Equation) and general guidelines. They are not personalized medical advice. Individual needs vary based on health conditions, medications, and other factors. Consult a healthcare professional before making significant changes to your fluid intake, especially if you have kidney, heart, or other medical conditions.

Your Data

Your data is stored locally on your device. We don't operate servers and cannot access your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the App. You may not use the App for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual Property

HYDROX, its design, and all related content are the property of Ball Ventures LLC. All rights reserved.

Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranty. Ball Ventures LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to health outcomes based on hydration recommendations.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, United States.
